Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the public Mattr website and any Mattr service where no more specific agreement applies. Screen-owner and advertiser services may also be governed by an order form or separate service terms.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and ensure authorised users follow these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by Mattr.
The service
Mattr may provide screen management, content scheduling, player management, advertising marketplace access, campaign tools and reporting. Features may change as the product develops. We will not knowingly present illustrative inventory or estimated audience data as verified live availability.
Acceptable use
You must not use Mattr unlawfully, attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, upload malicious code or publish content that breaches the Acceptable Content Policy.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the pricing page, order form or campaign checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT. Specific cancellation, payout and campaign rules are set out in the relevant product terms.
Intellectual property
Mattr and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Mattr the rights reasonably necessary to host, process and display it as part of the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet outages, venue conditions and third-party services can affect screen or campaign delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any commercial liability caps and exclusions should be confirmed in the final customer agreement before launch.
Governing law
The final terms should specify the governing law, courts and contracting entity before launch.
