Mattr and Mattr Premium
Mattr is the one-off core screen-management plan combined with participation in the Mattr advertising network. Mattr Premium is the subscription plan with advanced screen-management capabilities and no requirement to make advertising inventory available. Current commercial pricing is shown on the Pricing page and confirmed in the order form.
Mattr Player
The order form will state whether the Mattr Player is supplied on loan, lease or transferred to you, together with any return, replacement or damage obligations. You must use the Player only with compatible equipment and in accordance with setup guidance.
Your screen content
You control your own venue content and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to display it. Operational, safety and legally required information should always take priority over advertising.
Advertising inventory
Mattr plan customers agree to make an agreed amount of suitable screen inventory available to the advertising network. Premium customers may choose whether to enable advertising. Making inventory available does not guarantee that an advertiser will buy it or that a particular level of revenue will be generated.
Advertising controls
Mattr may apply content and category rules, and screen owners may be able to restrict unsuitable categories, competitors, times or screens. Mattr may reject, pause or remove advertising that breaches policy, law or a venue restriction.
Revenue share and payouts
Unless a different written commercial agreement applies, Mattr plan screen owners receive 60% of eligible advertising revenue attributable to verified delivery on participating screens. Premium screen owners receive 70% when advertising is enabled. The account or order form will define payout timing, tax treatment, adjustments for refunds or chargebacks and any minimum payout requirements.
Screen availability
You should keep participating screens powered, connected and reasonably visible during agreed operating periods. Mattr may exclude delivery from billing or revenue calculations where a Player is offline, a screen is unavailable or delivery cannot be verified.
Ending participation
Mattr network participation and Premium subscriptions are subject to the commitment and cancellation terms shown at purchase or in the order form. Any Player return obligations and outstanding payouts survive termination where applicable.
